Ship From.- That your order will be shipped from which warehouse depends on the item you choose from which warehouse.

Refund Policy.-

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received within 90 days from the date of shipment, you can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)# from RENT-QSTORE Customer Service Center. U.S. customers can apply a return label from RENT-QSTORE to return for free, while customers from other countries can get a return shipping fee reimbursement. When we receive your return, we will check the item and issue a refund.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we received our confirmation on the cancelation, and the refund can be seen in your PayPal account right away once it is completed. You also will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal.

  1. Tracking No. of your order provided. We will send you an email once we get the tracking ID of your order. And you may check the order status anytime online with such tracking ID in the related official websites, such as WWW.USPS.COM.
  2. Pending eCheck received, we have to wait for your eCheck payment cleared. An email will be sent to you if your payment is pending which is controlled by PayPal or your credit card issuer. RENT-QSTORE.com will manage to keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your item is shipped. You may also check online status page for live updates.

  1. How long will it take to process my order?

Answer: Once an order request has been received by us, you will receive periodic E-mails from us regarding the processing of your order.

Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door. Here are those steps:

Step 1 (1-2 business days): Order ready to get packaged.

Step 2 (1 business day): Order is packaged and shipped to carrier.

Step 3 (3-15 business days): Order is in route to destination.

In this step, please notice the different delivered times according to the shipping method you choose:

It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. So even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more. Because tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout and the carrier delivers your item(s). So your Order History on our website won’t offer tracking information. In terms of Express packages (sent via EMS/UPS/DHL), the delay is about 24 to 48 hours. For Airmail and Registered Airmail packages, it takes 3 to 5 business days for postal tracking to show online.

 

  1. If I do not receive my order number, what should I do?

Answer: As soon as your payment is cleared, you should receive an email automatically sent from our server which confirms your order with an order number. If you have not received order confirmation or status emails from RENT-QSTORE, your ISP or Email software might be blocking RENT-QSTORE ‘s emails, thinking that our email is spam. In this case please check your SPAM/JUNK E-mail folders. If you have confirmed your email folder is ok, but there is no such emails in your mail box, remember to send us a ticket (RENT-QSTORE URL) about your issue.

Answer: Once we have verified your payment, your order will be sent to our Warehouse to be fulfilled. If your item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Occasionally, certain products that we offer may be unavailable. To find out about you’re back ordered items, please contact us with our online customer service that is available for 24 hours per day. Please make sure you have the following information available:

The status in the reviews list is the approval status of the reviews you published, “Pending” means that the review is in the auditing state, and you can’t find the review on the product page. “Approved” refers to your review has been approved, and it will appear in the product reviews. “Failed” means that your review failed to pass our check, which may be caused by some other possible reasons. Wish List. Add as many products as your wish to your list, you can look over the products in your LIST anywhere and anytime by logging in RENT-QSTORE. Please note that adding an item to a saved or temporary wish list does not guarantee availability or price.

Before using the Wish List you must be logged in first. You can see the Add to Wish List button in all the product pages. Just click it to add the product to My Wish List. Of course, you can add the product to the cart. We also provide a link in the shopping cart page so that products can move freely between Wish List and Cart. After the product in your cart is moved to the Wish List, it will disappear from your shopping cart.

In My Wish List, you can select multiple products and have the operation of Move Selected Items to Cart and Delete or more. The two buttons are not accessible to click if you haven’t selected the product, My Wish List. Add to cart and Remove can be operated on single product. But you need to note that the product moved to the shopping cart will disappear from your Wish List, when you have the Remove or Delete operation, the product also will disappear from your Wish List and do not appear in your Shopping cart.

Return.-

Return Authorization Number. Your item needs an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting RENT-QSTORE Customer Service.

Once your RMA was obtained, you should write it on your return package. It will be really appreciated if you can inform us of the tracking#. It is helpful for us to handle your problem more quickly. If you requested a Replacement, we will reship a new to you once we confirm your return. Once we shipped the item out, we will inform you of the tracking number.

If you requested a Refund, we will issue a refund once we confirm your return. We will issue you a refund to your original payment method in 24 hours.

Return label. In some special cases, for our product’s problem or any other problems caused by us, customers have the right to apply for an RL to return for free. If customers don’t apply for RL before returning, but just return it to us and pay the return shipping fee by themselves, we won’t handle their shipping fee anymore.

Once your RL was approved, our customer service will make it and send it to you via email as soon as possible. And this RL also has a time limitation, so once you receive it, please use it as soon as possible. As to how to use it, when you receive it, download it and print it out, paste it on the package. For other non-quality problems, shipping fee should be covered by the buyer.

Return label is just for customers in USA. As other countries’ customers, they should contact our customer service if they want us to assume the return postage, once your requirement is approved, please remember to offer us the receipt of the return postage. We will issue a refund of this postage, once we confirm the receipt.

Return Policy.

We have a QC team who tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. In addition to the normal quality assurance checks, all the goods have passed in the factory line.

RENT-QSTORE.com’s Standard Return Policies are only applicable to the products purchased by you directly from Tmart.com. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The policy of Compensation First is available for all the problems.

Sweet reminder: Any lingerie items, disposable and Clearance items that have been used do not qualify for a return or exchange (Excluding the quality-related issues).

Defective Item.

*Within 90 days since original item’s first shipment date.

If your products purchased from RENT-QSTORE.com turn out to be defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) within 90 days since original item’s first shipment date, you may return them for replacement or full refund. Customers in U.S. may request a Return Label from Customer Service Center. The other customers may get a return shipping fee reimbursement.

Return shipping fee reimbursement is 30% of the item’s price which should be less than $40. The maximum of return shipping fee reimbursement is $40. If a reship is requested, RENT-QSTORE will assume the reshipping fee.

Remember to choose an inexpensive shipping method with available tracking number to return the product if possible; if the shipping method with available tracking number is expensive, you may ship it back to RENT-QSTORE with the non- tracking number shipping method. Please make sure to keep all the shipping receipt before your problem being solved.

If the item becomes defective after 180 days since original item’s first shipment date, customers will still be allowed to send the unit back to us. We will help forward the item to the manufacturer for repair. Customers should cover the shipping cost both two ways and any cost incurred during the process of repair. If the item is un-repairable after being checked by manufacturer, RENT-QSTORE will send it back to customer.

Customers do not cover any handling fee, only the shipping fee and the cost of repair (some accessories should be replaced during repair). According to the long term friendly relationship with manufacturer, we will request for a lower maintenance fee for our customers.

Unauthorized Return.

Items returned by post office (maybe address changed, wrong address, no one at home or other reasons) without authorization of RENT-QSTORE can only be refunded 80% of total order. If you still need the items, you may place a new order. If the items were shipped by Express, 100% of the item’s price will be refunded.

Customer should contact RENT-QSTORE Customer service within 90 days since shipment date when meet the problem.

Missing Item (Items missed completely or partially from an order). RENT-QSTORE will ship the missing item to customer once we check it. If the item is just out of stock, full refund of the item’s price will be issued. Customer should contact RENT-QSTORE Customer service within 90 days since shipment date when meet the problem.

Sweet reminder: remember to keep the package if “missing item” issue happens, because RENT-QSTORE may need it to solve your problem. Any confirmation that cannot be fulfilled successfully due to customers’ responsibility, RENT-QSTORE will refuse to solve this kind of problem.

Shipped but not delivered. If the status of shipment is not updated and you still do not get the item after 45 days from the shipment (20 days for the packages shipped from US warehouse to U.S. or Canada) since the shipment date (Except Russia), RENT-QSTORE will reship the item to you. In the force-majeure circumstances, RENT-QSTORE will take special actions to deal with this problem.

These circumstances include: flood, fire, earthquake and other natural phenomena, strike, acts or actions of governmental bodies.

DOA (Dead on Arrival or Damaged on Arrival) Products. You may return the item damaged on arrival (physical damage or scratch) or item dead on arrival within 7 days after delivery or 60 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. Make sure that when the reshipment occurs, the after-sale’s time will be counted from the original item’s first shipment date. In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as below:

1.- The photos of original package with front and back sides.

2.- The photos or video of the damaged item(s).

 

DOA products should meet the following standard:

*The accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included in the package are intact.

*The problem of product is not caused by incorrect usage.

Wrong Items Received. If you receive wrong item different from the item you ordered, you may send it back to RENT-QSTORE If you do not want to keep the wrong item, customers in U.S. may request for a Return Label from Customer Service Center. The other customers may get return shipping fee reimbursement.

Return shipping fee reimbursement is 30% of the item’s price which should be less than $40.The maximum of return shipping fee reimbursement is $40. If you like the wrong item, you may keep it and RENT-QSTORE will give you 30% discounts of its listed price. RENT-QSTORE will ship your original item in your order once we get your payment.

Unsatisfied Item. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from RENT-QSTORE, you may return it for refund or exchange within 7 days after you receive the good or within 60 days after shipment if the delivery is not traceable, and you should cover the returning fee. Please make sure the product you return is in the original packaging( all the accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included in the product are intact) and the merchandise is in the same condition and will not affect our secondary sale.

If a reship is requested, RENT-QSTORE will assume the reshipping fee.
